About Kaleigh Troutman

Hi, I’m Kaleigh Troutman or KT! I have a strong passion for helping individuals of all ages and backgrounds achieve their health and fitness goals. I graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Health and Wellness from the University of North Carolina Asheville in 2019. Eager to expand my knowledge in the field, I then earned a Master’s Degree in Exercise Science with a concentration in Performance Nutrition from Liberty University in 2021. I am certified as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through ISSA & am currently finishing my Healthy Aging Certification.

My journey in fitness began in 2021 when I started training individuals in person. Since then, I’ve worked with a diverse range of clients. I've provided both individual and team-specific lessons for softball players, as well as strength and conditioning programs for kids aged 5-17. In 2024, I began working with the geriatric population, focusing on improving lifestyle function and mobility.

Alongside my training experience, I’ve developed a strong foundation in nutrition coaching, specializing in powerlifters, endurance athletes, general fitness, and supporting clients in their goals of losing weight, body recomposition and gaining muscle.

Whether it's optimizing athletic performance, promoting healthy aging, or helping someone feel their best, I’m dedicated to providing customized coaching that meets the unique needs of each individual.

Sport Specific Youth Training/ Stregnth & Conditioning

Functional Life/ Aging Training

As we age the amount of time per day we spend sedentary often increases. As this level increases, a person’s functional ability tends to also decrease.

Help the older adults in your life maintain their independence and mobility with functional training and stretching.
